As a transplant from NYC, I can tell you their bagel is the closest to a genuine NYC bagel you can get. Service is always pleasant and courteous. Freshest tasting cream cheese I've ever had!

I don’t think they clean their knives very well . The couple of times I ordered 2 different bagels with cream cheese and you could taste the French toast topping in my cream cheese for my plain bagel .
It doesn’t taste any different, but I love the Wagel
