Banzai was my go-to but after trying the new Southern Charm burger , I have completely switched. So tasty, esp with garlic parm fries and a raspberry limeade .

Food is great! Just service has gone down. We come here a lot and lately, you’re not greeted at the door, and food takes awhile to come out. Used to be fast.

Better selection of lighter eats than before, good beer selection and decent service. They just need to communicate with their guests better.

Like their campfire sauce , but I'm less fond of wearing it. A waitress dropped a whole container of sauce on me. They didn't even comp my meal. We had reserve movie tickets right afterwards. Not good

I like the bleu ribbon burger and the french onion soup !

The burgers are great and the fries bottomless.

Order a Bonzai Burger and get Bottomless Fries too. A great meal deal and tastes great too.

Service here is usually very good. I was brought a glass with food stuck to it, and without a lemon . Then when I asked for a new glass the waitress said oh, it just a seed.

They're pioleting new fries that CANNOT be made gluten-free, so watch out! Hopefully they get dropped soon. I like the normal fries !

The last three times we have come here, the wait has been 1 hour for a 4-top. This used to be one of our favorite places to come, but this is ridiculous. There are less than 20 people waiting.

They have the gluten-free buns now, and will use them to make GF grilled cheese for kids.

Try onion rings its unique here but watch your weight 

Bottomless steak fries . That is about all that needs to be said.

RR has gone down hill . The burger was unseasoned & the French fries were tasteless. Don't waste your money.
