Privilege rooms are very nice and come with nice extras. Staff is really helpful Breakfast is terrible. Go for dinner to restaurant La Gavroche, 500 m from the hotel . Real French cuisine .

Free wifi is fast and Good! Friendly staff . Great value for money . Housewine only €2,50 p glass, where do you find that in Paris

Very clean , good wi-fi, close to metro and bus station

At the check-in politely asked to give me a room NOT close to the elevator . The room was indeed far from the first elevator , but just in front of the second one

Don't spend €6 on a glass of wine in the bar . Walk 5mins down the road , just beyond the station, and buy a bottle of Chateaux neuf de pape for €9

The roof terrace next to the gym on the 12th floor has great views of Paris and is a good place for a smoke.

Rooms are little. Not good for business people: can't find a fee plug but there is a 55" TV , which takes all the space available, with no space for working. Quite shabby.

Really sub par fitness center . One treadmill , one elliptical , and a couple other machines. Weak water pressure in the shower .

If you like to wait for everything....this is the place to be

If you have to go to Esplanade de La Defénse. You can take the shuttle or walk 15 minutes.

Be early for breakfast or else u will have to queue up for a long time

Breakfast is in a canteen where u return your trays to trolleys like at Ikea. Food selection is also very basic.

If you are at the bar and need the toilet ...you need to go up 1 level and always smells horrible

23:40 and baby crying in the bar...annoying!!!!

Never left your handbag in the restaurant when you are taking your breakfast

Aweful hotel . Poor service. Told shuttle service ran until 1:00AM. After waiting from 12:20 to 01:00 & phoning, were told it only ran until 12:30. No help offered, walked to hotel . Suggest other hotel

Hotel muito bem localizado , próximo à área turística e varias ruas e avenidas importantes . Boas acomodações e facilidades no entorno . Café da manhã insatisfatório .

Os apartamentos são bons, o atendimento também,mas, não tem frigobar.Fora isso é muito bom.
