Room 1822 features a lovely view of the side of the building and you get to hear everything your upstairs neighbors say through a vent in the ceiling! Lovely!

Use Hilton Honors and have your room on a Honors only floor. You can ask for extra warm cookies at the front desk.

Decorated a corporate masquerade ball here last night. Amazing venue, love the chandeliers in the grand room!

I am diamond and at least they have fresh fruit and free beer and wine in the Plaza Club for us. I have been at worse and better Hiltons.

Ask what kind of room you're getting. They gave me a handicap room and I'm not handicap. Shower was challenging. B- for a Doubletree.

Be sure to check to see if any conventions or school activities. If so dont check in, not enough elevators to handle capacity. Won't come back here. They seem to cater to them not business travelers.

Don't buy a drink from the shop at the front desk. They're cheaper in the machines by the fitness center .

We got to the hotel and they had given us the wrong room! On top of that there was an AA convention of 8 thousand people that they failed to mention. it was a zoo . We ended up getting a refund

Have a full service restaurant open till 11 for the late arrivers

The pool desk is dangerously slick. Be very careful.

Room was okay. No fridge . Ants in the bathroom . Bed was comfy . Was comped free breakfast for the ants . For a Doubletree, I was not impressed by the upkeep. 3/5 stars

AWFUL HOTEL ! I show up at 12:15AM and a room I booked weeks in advance isn't available and they send me down the street to another hotel . No phone call, no heads-up. Book elsewhere - untrustworthy!

Absolutely terrible. Smelling room, dirty window, view of a wall. Grey walls, low ceiling. Staff was okay, room was terrible.

Morning airport shuttle was CANCELED for three hourly trips! Do not count on shuttle. Woke up early just to end up with an expensive cab ride instead.

I'm a Hilton Diamond Member and didn't get what that normally entails. Pretty disappointed with this Doubletree.

Not my cup of tea . I wish I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn instead. There won't be a second time.

Internet is slow and wonky, especially in bad weather. FAIL. No second chance on this one.

Dried blood on shower curtain and stains on sheets :(. Could be nice but not very clean
