A very luxurious and spacious hotel . You can easily get lost here. Friendly staff . Rooms are spacious and the large beds slept very good. Breakfast is outstanding, but small selection of cheese .

Spacious rooms , good location with mostly lovely staff . It is a little tired and certain elements of the service need improving like paying at the lobby bar and luggage delivery to the rooms.

You can connect free Wifi from your room without password and it's will remember and auto matic connect for all building but if your first log in at the lobby, you need passward.

One of the groups older hotels but still very pleasant. Room service food is good, but breakfast was very poor by Shang standards. Watch out for the wine list pricing- extortionate!

Nice hotel in a great area, big pool the 12th floor is awesome.

You can call a tuktuk or taxi at the entrance. 80 baht to get to Wua Lai Rd. where Saturday walking street is held.

Very disappointed in the tired rooms. Plus what's horrendous is that the rooms smell like people have been smoking in them. Would not come back.
