One of the best meals I’ve had in a while. Ribs and chicken were 10/10. Beef chuck is solid - closer to roast beef than brisket . Smoked cabbage was wild, warmth in a cup. Will be back again.
The critics were maybe a bit generous with all the 2021 accolades. Chili was quite good. Pork ribs were average. Limited side options. Great grounds tho at Meanwhile
