Downstairs is table service, upstairs is perfect for bringing a laptop. The Torta della nonna - Tuscan dessert well worth a try, crumbly almonds lemon bliss!

It's not an old coffee shop , but it's feeling and looking a little worn around the edges. The people who work here prefer to chat among themselves in front of the food counter ????

Compared to all the amazing coffee places in that part of London, Illy is only ok and a little plasticky. It feels dated, like it would have been very cool fifteen years ago.

The coffee is great, but try the toasted croissants which are topped with sesame seeds ... Very tasty

Still believe it's one of the best places in London to enjoy your coffee in a proper way. Coffee , not "coffee flavours"...

Coffee is to die for, but so far service made me want to kill myself. I keep going back hoping it will improve!

I tried a double ristretto, it was still more watery than normal - tasted similar to what Costa serves. Maybe it's a machine problem but a shame, illy in Paris for example serves proper espresso .

Good quality food and coffee . Reasonably priced. Worth a visit.

Get the tables upstairs with the Samsung tablets . Hot chocolate is a must have!

Não é tão bom quanto o Costa, mas também tem muita qualidade. O caffe latte estava muito bem feito.
