Really enjoyed it. Bring slides, a white robe and a water bottle (you can refill it there.) You are asked to remain quiet and you will likely be too relaxed to speak. Sauna , cold plunge, hot tub ....

Amazing spa ! Do the cold-hot cycles as they recommend and you will be even more amazed! Sauna till you cannot take it, then dip into cold water pool for bout a minute, then rest. You'll feel revived!

Gorgeous outdoor spa , wonderful massages and all for a steal. Also, stay for a round of tennis if you're, for lack of a better term, game.

Absolutely worth the $39 entry fee. Give yourself a good 2+ hours to enjoy this magical and peaceful place . Steam room + dip in the icy cold pool + zero gravity chairs in the relaxation room = bliss

The ice cold baths don't sound appealing at first, but give them a try—you'll feel amazing after the steam room and a dip in the cold pool .

High end , but massages are great and the pool/sauna area is stunning. Highly recommend
