4/25/2010 Excellent coffee . Fresh very good croissants delivered from bakery shortly after opening on Sunday morning, still warm. Good breakfast sandwiches . Nice walls. Books . Cozy .
Sausage egg and cheese on a bagel was fantastic!!! Get there early... they ran out of certain bagels and croissants by noon ish.

Bagels are actually wonder bagel which is great, mocha latte is legit. Don't do in at lunch time on a school day-place gets swarmed by teens
Two things you have to do: 1. You have to see wombats. 2. You have to visit backyard here. It's so awesome!
Take your coffee and bagel to go; limited seating and wobbly tables don't make for the best place to do work.
I'm taking this place to the first district court of appeals, because there is no way they have the Legal Grounds to make sandwiches this good!

It tries super hard to be hipster but ends up feeling a little rundown/dilapidated. Sandwiches are surprisingly pricey considering they're low quality. The coffee was okay.
The hot pastrami sandwich on rye is Yummy in my tummie :)
