If you're on the sandbar and the tides coming in keep an eye out it will come in so fast your under water before you know it
If you go out to Charles Island , make sure you're back before the tide comes in or you'll be stuck there until it goes out. That may not be pleasant, what with the ghosts and all.

Milford police patrol lot regularly and ticket out of towners without a sticker
Don't feed the seagulls and maybe they won't poop on your car! (No guarantees, though)
