Afternoon tea was such a delight. Service was prompt and perfect and the scones were heavenly. At £30 per person it might be a bit on the pricey side but well worth the experience.

After two year, the Beauty and the Beast themed "Tale as Old As Time" Afternoon Tea is no longer being served. Instead, there is now an "London Landmarks " themed afternoon tea .
The smoothies among many things are just great
Somewhat disappointing compared to the ambition of the hotel . The food was missing idea and taste - still not sure of the concept
