Good service and coffee served here along with a selection of pastries and paninis :)
Nice location in buzzying Akihabara, giving tourists and locals a bit pace to relax. Has nice outside seating , too!
They have Almond Caramel Latte , which you can't seem to find in other Excelsior Caffes.
Second floor is a great place to relax . Usually quiet in evenings. Good place for meetings.
Less crowded than Starbucks and Tully's.

2階にも席があります。中のエスカレーター上がって行けます。待ち合わせに丁度いいです。
休憩がてらに使えるのでゆっくりできます。1Fに関しては冬は寒そうですね。
2014/01/18 現在、今まで外に設置してあった灰皿は撤去されました。ただし、完全禁煙化ではなく注文した客にカウンターで灰皿を渡すシステムに変更なので普通に店を利用 する方はご安心を。

2Fのオフィス エリアは余裕のある空間なのでまったりするのにお薦めです。
夏の二階がよく言えば涼しく、悪く言えば寒すぎ問題
お店の前が喫煙コーナー化していて臭いです…。
ちょっと一息つこうかなーと思うと混んでる ことが多いですね
2階は薄暗くて寒いけど静か で作業しやすい環境です
夏場、冷房効きすぎててガチで寒い
風 が吹き込んでくるので、冬はとにかく寒い。どうしてもという場合は、二階を利用 するのがオススメ。
正面にガンダムカフェがみえる 相変わらず激しい混雑
2階は節電で暗い。仕事や本を読むなら1階席で。
一階は風 が吹き込んでくるので冬はヤバい(;╹Д╹)

Huge place. It seems like they have almost literally everything tech related. Each floor is a category on its own. Definitely a place to visit if you want to demo headphones, mech keyboards, etc! - Eric
