Beef is grass-fed & local. Hot Mess appetizer is good...although the tiny diced onions were an unpleasant surprise since they aren't mentioned on the menu. Place has dive vibes

Excellent food and quick, friendly service . This place was featured on Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives so we gave it a try. Well worth it.

Trivia ended here several years ago, circa 2010. The same trivia host now has the same game at Helen's JAD in North Kansas City.

Try one of the many great beers and the veggie chili ! See a rock show! TIP BIG! This place reigns!
