I recommend this location instead of the one in the old market . Bigger selection for soups of the day, better service, and better atmosphere. Also they are open later!

The specials are awesome. I had gingerbread waffles once! Otherwise the quiches are good! The breakfasts are superb. You can’t go wrong with any of the food there!

I highly recommend the Quiche Lorraine , Angel muffins , & strawberry wedding cake . Great place for brunch & mimosas !

Gluten free cinnamon rolls , but currently they only bake them thurs, fri, sat and sun. On those days they often run out by 11 or 12 so come early. You can special order any day if you want 6 or more

really great hamburger and mac and cheese - I also loved their texas brownie but there isn't anything I didn't like on my visits here!

Real "Nebraskana". Not good if you are on a diet. No small portion sizes. Once you come to terms with that....the food is heart-stopping good. New veg casserole is a nice try at healthy. Tastes good.

This is a regular stop every time I'm in town . Try to control yourself once you see all of the goodies baked fresh daily.

If I could talk my husband into eating at Wheatfields every time we go out I would! Our meals were both outstanding as was the service!

Jalepeno chicken soup , Ron's honeyfried chicken , the herbed ranch, cinnamon rolls with extra icing, and strawberry wedding cake ... one of Omaha's best joints.

I recommend you get a side of fries . They will not disappoint.

Farmhouse has the most of the same food (wheatfields owner used to co-own farmhouse) but theirs is WAY better.
