Bought tv and installation - they were supposed to come near 5. Called at 10:40 and said they were there. I was at work - called again at 3.40 and said they were on their way went home last job

Don’t try to get any customer service here...they are too busy trying to create COVID rules and excuses. They Missed their TV install appt. and then wanted to reschedule for 10 days later? SMH.
