The chartered open-air baths are across the bridge and to the right between some large rocks as you're leaving the hotel . Make sure to snag a key from the front desk before heading out there.
Love this quiet little onsen place! will come back again!
Not much soundproofing here: use earplugs liberally, especially if you have noisy neighbors.
新穂高ロープウェイに向かう途中で、左手に見える看板を目印に沢へ降りて行くと、深山荘があります。遮るものが何もない露天 は入浴料500円。一番川側の大露天 など混浴 なのでご注意を
開放感たっぷりの露天風呂 が魅力的です。 消毒(但し、塩素系でなく微量の銅イオン処理)されているのが少し残念ですが、それを遥かに超える魅力がここにあります。 ちなみに内湯利用の場合は＋200円です。
High quality ryokan. Beautiful site, gorgeous room with great view, many mix and private hot spring booths, and last but not least great dinner and wonderful service. Love this place! - Susanna Soo
