Great customer service! A guy who didn't know anything about another department stated that he would try to help out as best he could. He actually helped me to find exactly what I was looking for!

The staff is outstanding. Courtesy is not a plus nowadays, but this store is always on point. I was in the store at 10 pm! Police presence outside. Great customer service inside.

Don't go here. They don't honor rain checks. Did not give a valid reason as to why. Did not give a business card either. Wrote his name down on a blank register tape.

Sudhir Kayastha. Does not honor rain checks. He's "sketchy " along with that store. Run! Don't give them time of day. I told my hubby not to go there. I don't shop there. Neither will he.

Go to @tomthumb or another @krogers location. Duncanville's @Krogers is terrible. I'm going to Cedar Hill 's location.

Don't get a Mexican coke and expect them to be able to open it for you!

Lines are usually slow, try self checkout for quicker service!

Avoid the people walking around trying to get you to open an account at the in-store bank
