Can get a bit lost, such a big place. Even thou the staff is busy helping, ask anyone for help, most likely you'll be attended by a construction worker who knows his stuff
Just because a toilet seat is in a box right behind the display model, don't assume it's the same toilet seat as the display model. Why would they make shopping that easy or customer-friendly?

The employees are useless and obviously hate working here. This is truly a Do-It-Yourself warehouse because there is noone here to help you, they're all busy talking to each other.

Don't bother. I passed 3 employees in aisle 13 having a conversation, but not one asked if I needed help when I went by obviously searching for something. Finally found it myself without help.
