Chef Waldo is an amazing person. His food is delicious. Ask for "tostones ", it's just sliced fried banana (salty).
The lunch buffet was delicioso (& a bargain) with a great variety and Chef Waldo treats you like family. Y'all need to try this if you haven't.
Chef Waldito is awesome! Very friendly people, and awesome food. Love the way he prepared my (buffet ) plate! Male sure to have enough change (ones) if paying with cash.
Everything is good here, the 100% natural peach tea , the lunch buffet , and of course the best ceviche in town !
Ask for the Jibaro plate if you want great, traditional Puerto Rican food. It is AWESOME!
