Ok so Terry Blacks in Dallas. This is the real deal. The one in Austin was perfect and this one is certainly heading that way. Give it time and the line will be here not at Pecan lodge . Just saying.
@BBQsnob: hefty brisket sandwich , side, and drink is $13.50 ... but it’ll be impossible not to get that pecan pie tart (still warm from the oven) on every visit from here on out
Sides reasonable, but meat is ????, and while the beef rib is delicious and filling, half of the price is the unattached bone. Two ribs and 4 slices of brisket was over $100, at close to $40/lb.
