a very big and classy departmental store. Lots of nice household stuff too. Shop and look for price match if you find something of interest.

It's easier to get to the isolated menswear and audio/visual department, by walking round the outside of the store to the riverside than trying to go through.

Had a free facial from Origins, served by a delightful lady called Jodie. Such a good job we ended up buying more products than intended!

Strange layout, it's a shop of two halves. You can't access all the floors using all the lifts. The Rosso Pomodoro is good.

I go here so often that I think I might be in line for a partners bonus at the end of the year. Their kids department is way up in the gods, but very good indeed.

Most baby & child friendly place in town - great parent's rooms and lots of kid's choices in the restaurant .

Coffee shop has lovely views of the river , is affordable and does what it says in the tin. Don't expect glam but a nice place to rest your tired paws.

Refurb is a good job - now very Hvy Nicks!

Very good quality.

Went to the cafe , was a bit tired looking inside (chaircovers dirty ) but staff were very attentive. On xmas eve they gave away cake after I had purchased mine!
