Best Buy

I love Best Buy, it's my favorite store to shop in, but this store I just ugh-_-. I buy lots of Vid games and stuff like that, most of the staff has absolutely no or little knowledge of game policies!

If you enjoy helping yourself to items for purchasing, this place is for you. If you need a knowledgeable salesperson to aid you, you are better off asking the guy who sells empanadas outside.

always crowded (it is on Fordham Rd, after all)....customer service is alright sometimes...but i always get what i'm looking for...worth checking out..

Used to love Best Buy but no more. Difficult to get installations done. So far 3 appointments have failed.

Some of the staff at the computer/tablet/harddrive department sucks! They're too slow and they get distracted easily, very unprofessional and then forget about the product you asked for! Unacceptable!
