I hope they do renovate bcos the place is not as cozy or clean as the otger fastfood chains nearby. Seriously. From lighting, chairs to wall paints to flooring. :(

Not as clean as other branches and always crowded . Crews are always in a hurry in taking orders that they tend to give you wrong ones and you have to repeat yourself.

The best and affordable lutong-bahay resto along Espana. I like here the most is their Wi-fi connection and the songs playin', food quality at its finest, very suitable for students. - ar jeh
