The staff herr is well read in their products! Also they are not on commission. But they care about you getting the most bang for your buck!
Good selection of home furnishings though not necessarily the best
Kind of an in-between place. Not very good for furnishing a college student 's first apartment or for furnishing a high end home.

The delivery service was so bad we refunded our order.We paid $200 delivery (a $1k dining) set, to be told that they won't be able to deliver it for another week after the driver missed our delivery

Cheats and Charlatans…! They will not honor the warranty on a two year old "Lift Chair” Don’t waste your money here, find a reputable store that honors warranties and respects it’s customers.
