I love the pancakes always authentic & fresh! If your coming here for something savory, I recommend the spicy chicken ranch sandwich with (seasoned) handcut fries !! Casual & not packed during winter.

Sometimes there are perks to dining alone! Although the line was practically out the door, I received a seat immediately because I was a "party of one." Try the hash browns ! I like their crispy layer!

Try this spot it's somewhat crowed during the weekends... Which means the spot is hot.. One of the best Ihops in it's chain. CS is good.

I only come here on weekday mornings so I've never experienced the gripes others speak of w the crowds and so on. Friendly staff and good ol' pancakes . Yumm yumm. ????

Pancakes are great. A lot of old people go here. Order the splashberry it’s delicious.

The multi-grain pancakes are amazing. Pancakes here are about 225 calories each, so a stack of four, even without butter or syrup , is close to 1000 calories.

I have always found the staff to be super friendly and accommodating. And the food...it's IHOP. What more do you want?

Not the best and quite ghetto but they do have that charm.... pancakes , waffles , stuff french toast and their crispy hashbrowns are about the only things that are good...

When you order coffee , they give you a whole pot. And it's good.
