If you need an oil change or other routine service, it's best to get in the service line before it opens at 7 am. Service can take up to 2 hours if you show up later. Many friendly staff here as well .
They must have changed management in the last year or so. They just do t do the job as well as they used to. Ask for Mike if you need help in the service department.
Only take my Honda here! Make an appointment. They are always busy. Shuttles and rentals available. Great customer service too

Great waiting area with desks and wifi
Took our Element to @wolfchasehonda for recalled airbags. No cracks in windshield prior to service. Look! They claim prior rock chip . Jack Morris Glass says not so! Customer service? Yeah right!
