Resort is amazing! Service is special; some of the best in the world! Suites are amazing!!! Pools are relaxing! Breakfast is superb; banana pancakes are delicious!!!

Great resort for beautiful views . Pluses include the beach massages , local eatery on west end of the path near the beach , and Kim Dee restaurant about 1.5 miles away for local cuisine !

Great rooms & good location for relaxing / reading. Great beach massages @ 400baht / hr. However, there's nothing else around & it's a 45 min ride to Putong so stay elsewhere if you want "exciting".

Amazingly beautiful resort and surroundings. If you're on a budget get to know the local options. We stocked our fridge with leftovers, easy breakfasts and drinks from 7-11.

Consider very large 5 star hotel for family with kids and foreigners. Lots of water sport activities but the beach may not the most beautiful one. Large room, comfy bed & pool.

Everything about this resort is a perfect 10! We've been coming here as a family for the last 15 years and the resort continue to get better and better adding more activities for the family.

There really nothing you can say bad about this place. Attentive staff , great facility, terrific gym . Restaurants a bit pricey . Tipp: do the batik t-shirt and try fresh coconut at pool bar (not main)

Sure it's a JW but the style of the rooms and facilities is really dated. Renaissance (nearby) is way classier and newer if you intend in staying in that area (I.e. to enjoy some quiet time)

This a 5 star resort . Beautiful place. Just remember to book for a longer stay. It's not gonna be enough.

Awesome resort with a great beach ! For dinner go across the highway to Kim Dee - a great local restaurant with atmosphere and fair prices !

The staff is fantastic. Concierge has great insight into local events and taking a private car isn't much more than a taxi . Very relaxing locale.

Drive to Tesco Lotus for groceries . It is a new, mega grocery plus a variety of home goods and restaurants for one-third to one-sixth of prices charged excessively at deli and Turtle Village grocery .

Some of the best things about this hotel is the breakfast buffet , the three amazing swimming pools , and the happy hour that serves great cocktails .

Try a sundowner - the sun sets over the horizon in front of the beach so it's a nice picture opportunity!

Always nice, friendly stuff , room just bit old & hotel is very far from down town & everything.

Great spa treatments ... Steakhouse is good, Italian food a little unpredictable. Good deli , lovely pool.

The change room at the gym has got great spa facilities for free - hot pool , cold pool, rain showers and shaving kit and other grooming products!

Everything is just Great ! Massages in the beach should be taken @ sunset :)

International Breakfast served at Cucina has tasty Korean Kimchi , Enjoy!
