The burger was very tasty/flavorful for take out ! What a great surprise. Loved that it was Angus. The burger was on the small side but I got a single. So get a double if you're feeling hungry

The shack sauce in the burgers is so yum. Def get the fries . Try the salty balty. A little overpriced. I'd give it a 8.5/10

Very quick despite the long lines . The burger is surprisingly good for fast food . Oh and the crinkle fries are a must have.

Good burgers , very casual , good for residents and tourists alike, has very nice milkshakes and ice cream with a Baltimore flavor.

Burgers and fries were great. But our shake order was incorrect. We ordered 5 shakes-2 caramel , 2 black & white, 1 coffee . Coffee cake out right. The rest all tastes like peppermint

Was as good as I get in NYC and the staff was going around making sure everyone was happy.

Burgers are very tasty, they don't come with fries . Have to order those aside, said that, big portion of fries enough for two.

I prefer a Five Guys burger over them but Shake Shack has the market cornered on customer service. They season their burgers really well too.

You might think you don't need a milkshake , but you do. Believe me, you do. A Strawberry one.

Provide free water, and the restroom is unisex. All four shack sauce on the side, yum!

Mediocre burger , cold fries , and an okay lemonade . Wine and beer are over priced. Skip the cheese on the fries too, makes the okay fries soggy and not good.

The hype is real. No matter what, add bacon .
