Great food in an incomparable location in the middle of the museum on a bridge over the water. Try to make it for dinner and then walk the trails in the dark.

They sub pulled pork/chicken salad for grilled chx on the Ozark Harvest Salad if you ask nicely. Fountain drink refills are also free, go to the right of the line by the machine to ask for a refill :)
The lights come on at dusk since its open till 9 for dinner on Wednesday and Friday, get a table on the perimeter for gorgeous water views .
Local beer with freshly prepared fare. Gluten free and vegan options available.
The members line makes any day great for lunch , even when short on time. Very handy!
If you are wanting a drink before the tour ; drink quick since drinks are not allowed in the galleries .
The beans and cornbread are an Eleven favorite--often worth the long lines at lunch .
