Mouth watering Peking duck buns - hard to stop at 1 serving. Prawns in Pekingese chilli - delish! Have to go back to try more! Great vibe & fit out! Friendly service too! Line moves very quickly.
Peking duck & BBQ Pork Bun so tasty for $8. A half duck ($32) has enough crisp skin and tender meat for six or eight pancakes . Shanghai's xiao long bao soup dumplings ($6.80 for six) are terrific
Great spot for many reasons. No booking = guaranteed a spot with patience. Great value and large portions (eg fried rice would be good to share). Broad variety of modern and classic dishes.
Peking duck bun is a lot better than the crackling pork bun . Ma po tofu w/rice is pretty good too. Thumbs up to the HK style milk tea and the fried buns with condense milk dips ????
Xiao long bao is not as good as taste of Shanghai/din tai fung. The Peking duck bun is really good. Ambience feels like you're in a Hong Kong basement restaurant with the hustle and bustle from staff .
Slightly disappointed and not as good as some institutions like golden century and east ocean but still worth a visit. The Peking duck buns and pomelo dessert was good.
Get the half Peking duck ! An amazing value. They make at least 6 pancakes tableside, leave you with extra meat, and then bring two San Choy Bau! $35.00!!!
Pretty authentic HK style dinner foods. Pork buns were lovely though a bit small. Durian tofu-fa for dinner is a must for Durian fans.
Extremely affordable . Congee is under $10 and decent tasting. Or if you're in a group of at least 4, go for the peking duck ! You'll pay about $15 each for a lot of food
Everything we ordered was phenomenal. The soup dumplings and Peking duck buns can't be missed!!
The BBQ food (duck , roast pork & pork fillet ) are surprisingly good although not great. Could get busy especially weekend.
The roast pork buns and duck buns are very very good. As is the spicy stir fried chicken .
Amazing value and really delicious. Paid $78 for heaps of food for 2 people. BYO
Come with a group so you can get dishes to share. Excellent duck pancakes .
Legit handmade noodle dishes, though not exceptional. Come early on a Friday night to avoid queues.
Closes at 2am so worth going for a late night supper. And.. Desserts are homemade so worth a try. ????
Duck pancake buns are great. Xiao long buns have soup that doesn't scald your mouth.
you must try the Peking duck with a bun ... you almost don't want it to end after one bite.
Dishes are all nice & u can get sichuan dishes here too
Everything is pretty nice. Peking duck bun is the bomb!
Everything was ok. Service a bit average. Managed to get a seat easily for Xmas dinner .
Steamed buns and xiao long bao were tasty. I will return.
Curry beef brisket noodles is good (咖喱牛腩麵好味)
Although it is open by hongkonger but you don't expect it will have the same standard in Hong Kong...
Good supper place that open till 2 am late in city
Cantonese food . Noodles . Fried rice . Bbq pork .
For authentic North Chinese food you cannot go past 'Old Town '. Incredible service and food to match. Top choices are the sliced pork buns and any of the dumplings . Just wanted to keep eating!
Great service, and great food @ reasonable prices.
Save some space for the mango pancake desert !!!
Got the crispy egg noodles , it's pretty good but greasy.
Lunch menu 11am to 5pm. Best value meals during this time
Portions for lunch not as large as previous, decent food, but a bit pricey now
Best roast pork ever. Try it for yourself.
Duck bun ftw
Affordable & tasty! Thumbs up!
deep fried egg white with durian ($16 for 6 pieces)
Fake shark fin soup ... now that *is* authentic !
There's a minimum of $10 a head
Beware of 2% surcharge on all credit cards.
Minimum order is $10 per person. Otherwise the Manager will charge you the $10 per head.
Totally chaotic. We booked for 6 well in advance but still had to wait 30 minutes. Half our order went MIA. They need to sort it out.
Roast duck is not bad!
Duck bun > pork bun
Accepts cards . $20 min
Overcooked tasteless duck full of bones. I had great expectations about this place but will never come back.
Worst peking duck ever... Read more
Nice harbour to walk around especially with kids, nice restaurants along the way, playground and of course fantastic view - ????????????????á???????? ✨
These delicious and freshly baked cream puffs are worth trying when you are visiting the Paddy’s Market in Haymarket or Chinatown. - saimatkong
