Having eaten at numerous In-N-Outs in California, this is a much more laid back location. The food and service was the same quality I expect at any other location. It is just not as hectic here.

If you're expecting gourmet go some place else. If you want always fresh always made to order and always hot, this is the place.

I prefer my fries cooked. I also like mayonnaise on my burger . Keep driving, you will find a whataburger .

The build up to this place was huge but I'm convinced Frosty's in Denton is a better and more personal experience.

Wish they had changing tables for little ones. It’s 2018, this shouldn’t be an issue for a corporation as large as In N Out. Very disappointing.
