Mae Khachan Hot Spring

They have a 7/11 here these days. Don't miss the old temple next to the hot springs . If wanting a more relaxed break, a few minutes further towards Chiang Rai there's a nice coffee shop , Coffee View .

Perfect for a short stop on your way to the North. You can take free foot baths in the mineral water, there is coffee , food, a 7/11 and clean Western toilets but do bring your own toilet paper ????

A pitstop for toilet breaks along the highway. The water from the hot spring is actually quite hot! Be careful while dipping .

Just a stopover on the way to Chiang Rai this is a tourist hub of ever I saw one. The spring is easily overlooked and the place thrives on thirsty tourists stockpiling for the rest of the trip.

This place was fun with the boiled eggs . Nice rest stop in the mountains towards Chiang Rai .

There is only one shop that sells real silver handicrafts at Taweesin Hotsprings. The shop displays OTOP sign.

Nothing much to see here except for the hot spring . A pit stop before heading to the Golden Triangle.

Hot springs just to wet your feet, not for bathing.

น้ำพุร้อนแม่ขะจาน จุดพักรถระหว่างทางเชียงใหม่ไปเชียงราย เดิมมีฝั่งเดียวคือฝั่งขวามือหากมาจากเชียงใหม่ บ่อน้ำ ร้อนธรรมชาติ อุณหภูมิสูงถึง 90 องศาเซียลเซียส สามารถต้มไข่ได้ สุขาบางที่ 3 บาท บางที่ 5 บาท

Остановка для экскурсионных автобусов между Чангмай и Чанграй. Можно перекусить, попить кофе . Горячие источники с сероводородным запахом. Настолько горячие, что местные в них варят яйца для туристов )

Если будете ехать, оденьте шлепки или возьмите полотенце- сможете попарить ноги в источнике ) маленькое место.

Толпы туристов вокруг маленького горячего ручейка, можно выпить очень вкусный кофе из Чианг Рая.
