This place was good! Just the concept really isn't for me. I like to sit down while I eat. I also prefer to be able to take my food home to-go which they don't offer. This place had some awesome ramen

Smart concept: standing room only, order on iPads, quick turnover. From people behind Tei-An. Light broth--I'd prefer more complexity--but noodles , meat, veg are on point. ????

Ten Ramen has a small selection of menu items but the flavor of the food is amazing. The space is small and you have to stand. Also, the staff is very welcoming and attentive.

LOVE the veggie version of spicy maze-men. They can make anything veggie as long as you mention it in the “special instructions” while ordering.

Interesting concept. Self order and pay, standing only, crush your own garlic . Had the spicy dry ramen with egg and extra noodle . Fairly pricey . 4/5
