I always come to this Apple store when I need help with my computer. Their staff is so nice and helpful! They spend as much time as necessary to help me and never rush me out of there.

If you use your device for work ask about the Business Team. They'll be a point of contact, do special ordering and financing, host events , and conduct free consultations called Briefings!

Love this place! There always extremely helpful! Tip: Make an appt online if needing the genius bar . It saves a lot of time.

I LOVE Apple products , but if I could go without ever talking to an Apple store employee again, I would be very happy

My tip is don’t go! Went from 750 to fix plus 400 data recovery. Found someone else to fix comp for 299 with my data!

Excellent service for replacing my battery pack Apple

Took 3 trips to fix my battery recall. Check would tell me it takes 10 min to fix (each time) and I questioned it. Reality was 90 min after I had driven 90 min one way. Lack of sympathy of employees.

The wait here is always 1.5 to 2 hours even with an appointment.

Great service at the Genius Bar .

Erase any "personal" subject matter, before you visit the Genius Bar .

Make sure you bah like the sheep that most of the people in this store are.
