Its easier to park if you make your appt early, before the store is open for retail business and when the Plaza isn't as busy.

Store is laid out poorly and is fairly confusing when busy, but the staff is very nice and helpful.

As much as Apple makes, you would think they could keep it cool in here despite the gazillion customers. I guess I should not expect the store to be empty during Mercury retrograde.

Be sure to ask about the One-to-One program. CyberStars Members say it is a "must have" when you purchase a MAC
