Miles of well-maintained trails for hiking and running with some gorgeous views . Come early, it can get really hot during summer time.
Lovely place. They have a farm with different animals. Sometimes you can see deers . Trails are not very strenuous. But be aware that PG&E trail is longer than stated 3.7 miles.
I love this place, but peak times are 9-11 AM. It will be almost impossible to find parking . But you can drive a little past the parking lot to find parking in the residential neighborhood .
Good for hike . Only parking matters. For hiking , it is not hard to get through. Had a lot fun.
Great hiking trails and beautiful views from up high. Parking is a challenge though.
This is another goodie when you are looking for something to do that isn't just walking. They have tennis courts , picnic areas , and best part...a cute animal farm !
Nice trail . There are trees everywhere which much needed relief from the sun. Parking is a big problem, so try and get there early.
Awesome park ! You can see people flying model airplanes, play by the creek and see some farm animals as well as various hiking trails .
Great place! Some treks for sporty adults, some for people with children or even trolleys. Everyone will find a path for them.
Time for easier parking : early in the morning (before 9:30), during lunch (12:00 to 1:00) and late afternoon (after 3:00).
Awesome place to walk around. Check out the farm and its animals!
Has 4 parking lots , but still couldn't find parking at 6:30 am on a Saturday. There is a residential community next to it, where you can street park
One of my most favorite places!!! Great if you're looking for a nice walk with friends or, if you want to challenge yourself, pick a trail and get going! My favorite trail , Upper Wild Cat Trail .
More parking than by most other trails in the bay and many trails to choose from

Hike to the top of the PGE trail to get an awesome view of the valley and the bay . Takes about 2-3 hours start to finish. Enjoy the wildlife you'll see on your way.
Fantastic views at the top of the trails ! Worth the hike ! Shaded trails and well maintained.
Just 45 minutes from San Francisco, this preserve has 23 miles of hiking , biking , and horseback riding trails .
Hike the PG&E trail early or late, to avoid banking in the sun. 4000 feet cumulative altitude gain.
Looking to get in shape and see some great scenery.. This park is wonderful for hiking and/or trail running. The PG&E trail will take about 3.5 hours and will put your daily calories in a deficit. Read more
