Ordered the Taste of Excellence and I shared it with a friend. Good portion for 2 people to share foie gras , caviar and smoked salmon . Definitely a place where you can easily drop $100 within minutes.
Don't ask the staff . Go to their website and make the choice for yourself. Seems, the crew has never tried / been educated about the products on sale.
I cannot say something about the Situation two years ago, but nowadays the personal is well trained .
