Nice hotel . Big lovely suites. Get the upper level rooms for an awesome view of the streets or the sea. Only problem is that wifi in the rooms isnt free
Very loyal to this hotel and its cafe , the last visit was 5 months ago, the flys are still here, the crabs wrap dip has changed to a dip with wasabi nice try (average), the coffee has changed (bad)
Ideal option amidst busy SZR. Clean rooms and friendly staff . I was offered free valet parking for being a first time guest! Room service coffee was super strong considering I arrived almost sleeping!
Not sure how this hotel only got a four star rating. IMO it's definitely worthy of five stars. Very professional and friendly service , spacious rooms and good facilities. Typical of a Rotana

The hotel location is very attractive . Close to many restaurants and cafes , walking distance to metro station , close by baqala and pharmacies .
Thats 4 stars but you are in a 5 star environment, service level is excellent , staff are professional, knowledgable and friendly and proactive , finally Elsa is excellent host !

You can ask for a room facing the bay . But make sure it's on a high floor . This picture is from the 18th floor.

Executive Club on the 22nd floor if you want a quiet breakfast or drinks/coffee. Open till midnight for Rotana Club guests.

It's an alright hotel , view is great and the staff is nice. Very close to the Dubai Mall ! Unfortunately the bathrooms aren't very clean .. Especially the bathtubs.
Try the Classic Suite, its extraordinary !!! And Teatro for Dinner is the best !!!!!

Free wifi is awful. Cups and silverware were often dirty . The beds are full size which is not suitable for couples. Other amenities were nice though.
