Menù dalle proposte culinarie interessanti, principalmente dove terra e mare si fondono , in un ambiente molto raffinato e formale. Il cervo in "civet" è divino.
Lasciate uno spazio per il dessert , sono fatti tutti espressi dallo Chef come questa Millefoglie ai lamponi con mousse al cioccolato fondente
Provate il Raviolone con i pomodori Pachino e la mozzarella di bufala , gran piatto di Chef Rolando e fatevi abbinare due bollicine dal Sommelier Roberto
