If you're down for a massage , request Sean Watson. He's very good and very strong, his light touch is like deep tissue for me do if you don't like it too deep tell him to go easy on you.
If you're there in the summer, bring a window fan, as the rooms aren't air-conditioned. Make sure to try The Cave bath . This place is old and rustic , so don't be expecting some glam spa . Great fun!
Pencil in time for a soothing soak in the therapeutic mineral pools . The resort offers his and hers geo-thermal cave baths , private outdoor Jacuzzi baths, a mineral-water swimming pool and a day spa .
Great place for a swim after a long drive. The main pool has a couple of spa jets if you can find them and a pipe where hot water comes out at regular intervals.
So cool and very close to Denver! Will definitely come here again!
The private tubs are the best! Great lodging too
They close 10pm so it would be nice too see them do some kid free hours from 7pm-10pm
It's a little sleezy here but I like it!! Stay in the historical building then you don't have to walk outside to get to the pool and stuff
The outdoor hot tubs , on the side of the mountain , are beautiful.
When you do go make sure to bring a suit as it is required now. Also, the private tubs aren't that cool. The caves are way better. The mud bath is a lot of fun. I suggest soaking you hair in the mud!
Hot springs a were wonderful on the muscles after 26 continuous hours in a van. The clothing optional thing is creepy, but just look away, and you'll be fine. The pool side is okay, but too many kids.
Please, don't waste your money!! Horrible staff who are careless with their behavior and terrible management that excuses it. Also, smells moldy, is outdated, and quite frankly, a HUGE waste of $$!
geothermal cave baths are awesome! massages are good too :)
75% kids 25% adults not watching their kids. Pool is probably @ least 50% urine.
Always nice to go up there for a soak.
A lot of locals. Out of the way, which is nice. NOT the cleanest place
The caves are legit. Swimsuit optional.
Caves are the way to go
I'm disgusted not only by the facility, which has had some recent bandaid work completed, but by the poor management as well. This is not the place to bring friends or family from out of town .
It needs an update but very quaint. Get dressed before you go swimming . The locker rooms are small. $17 per person when I went.
Poorly maintained. Grungy dirty . Icky. We were very disappointed with the place. Didn't go in any of the pools or tubs. Didn't want to catch anything
Clothing optional. You don't need a suit as previously suggested.
The springs are closed in. The changing rooms are tiny! The inn 's rooms were hot! No air conditioner
Private bath was disgusting and slimy. But the cave baths are great.
Private bath is not good and swimming pool is rather calm and good with kids
Loved the caves ! Bathing suit is now optional.
Private tubs are good for couples :)
Rv park is plain but ok. Power is only 20 amp & the boxes spark!
Bring lots of towels & cold water...
Mineral pool it's worth the price, BUT mudroom DEFINITELY not. Way over priced for what you get.
Absolutely amazing mineral baths! I've been here many times. Only stayed in the hotel once, but I don't think I'll ever do that again. The private outside hot tubs are very romantic though!
So ghetto!
Do not waste time, very dirty .
Eek, beware of the caves !
The veggie burger is great, the ranch dressing is phenomenal, and the Pick Axe IPA is awesome. - Jose Mesa
