The Arc Trainer is amazing for burning calories. Lots of equipment. Best times to go are 10AM, 3PM, and 8PM. It's the least crowded then.
Hula hoop class on Thursday mornings at 9 is so much fun and a great core workout. Trust me; I teach it!
The kid-sized climbing wall is awesome, my son loves it!

They close the indoor pool because of a thunderstorm outside. Yet no documented cases of lighting affecting indoor pools .
And now hula hoop is offered Thursday nights at 7:15, too. It's a blast!
The Espresso bikes keep things interesting with leaderboards.
