Pancetta Benedict has been my favorite Benedict in the world since I first tried it 2 years ago. Very authentic Swedish kanelbulle and Italian walnut cookies are to die for as well .
Many believe that this north Ballard farmhouse spot has the best brunch in town . The Eggs Benedict (a weekends-only brunch special ) are a standout, made on house-baked English muffins .
My new favorite brunch nook. Get the **Baked Eggs ** & Egg Benedict ! Enjoy high quality ingredients and slow-cooked taste. Seating is on first-come first-served basis. Coffee and service: average.
We waited for an hour outside in the rain to get our Fat Hen fix. The pancetta eggs benedict and blood orange mimosa are so delicious!
Might be the best brunch I've had in Seattle. The eggs benedicts are divine and the potatoes are pillowy goodness. Worth the inevitable wait. :)
Get the baked eggs - they're unbelievably good!!! The smoked salmon eggs benedict (w/ avocados ) was amazing too. It's a tiny place, so put down your name & expect a 20-30 min wait at least on weekends.
Awesome little brunch spot hidden in Ballard. The baked eggs and the Benedicts are always amazing. If there is a line , put your name down and grab a croissant across the street while you wait!
Best breakfast place in Seattle. Great espresso coffees , awesome dishes and tremendous specials. Expect 1 hour wait on the weekends.
Love the egg bakes but be careful they are VERY hot when they arrive at your table and can burn your tongue . It's a small place so get there early or expect to wait 20-45 min.
Bring something to read because the wait is always long. But the food is perfection. Drink, too -- amazing. They will kindly bring a beverage and a snack while you wait.
If there's one item you must order it's the egg bake. Second runner up would have to be the Dungeness Crab Benedict . It can get crowded but totally worth it!
Their hollandaise is on point! Split a French press coffee with your brunch sweetie. It's tiny, so expect a wait; more than four in your party might be your doom.
This place is simple in preperation and superb on flavor. Everything tasted wonderful! It's a small place so you might bump elbows with your neighbor, but it's well worth it!
High quality urban food with a local hometown feel. There are only 8-10 tables so there can be a wait on the weekends. If you wait, go across the street and get a croissant at Honore.
Perhaps, one of the best breakfast spots in Seattle. Be prepared to wait for about 30 min on Saturdays and Sundays, as this place has only a few tables.
Breakfast skillet with shrooms , mozzarella , and eggs was delicious!!! Highly recommend
Cozy neighborhood , just down the block from Delancy and Essex. There was a wait even on Tuesday morning.
Had to try their eggs Benedict ! Avocado version is a bit plain, but the English muffin tastes homemade :)
The special hedgehog mushroom eggs Benedict ranks as one of the best breakfast items I've ever had. Coming here again just for that!
The best Benedict I've had in a very long time. Perfectly executed, and the side salad is an ideal match.
The Avocado Benedict did not disappoint and I preferred my wife's latte made with soy milk . It seemed more well balanced than my regular latte .
Awesome egg bakes and egg benedict . The chai and orange cake were fabulous
So good and filling! Kick off your weekend with the Alla Boscaiola and walk around Ballard when you are done.
Delicious Eggs Benedicts ! Super fresh ingredients with amazing flavors.
Such a cute little place! Their smoked salmon Benedict was amazing and the servers were very sweet!
Wow--cute small place that is a great secret! Great breakfast and pastries
The pancetta Benedict was ridiculously good! First time here, and will definitely be back!
Definitely the best hollandaise sauce for eggs benny I’ve ever had.
Get EVERYTHING. And then get some potatoes to bring home.
The breakfast was good but the portions are very small and prices very high!
crab egg benedict , fingerling potatoes , cold brew
Nice brunch place . Not too crowded . Love the fat hen logo!
Their Benedicts are awesome. My fav: Speck Benedict with avocado .
All of the baked egg dishes are fabulous.
