Saturday sampling is great, but it's a bit crowded and the patrons can be a bit self centered and parking can be rough. The market is worth dealing with some of the clientele and parking

This is an exceptional Whole Foods compared to others. Saturday, Sunday, and Monday in the evening are too busy for the store to handle.

Best hidden menu item: grilled cheddar cheese with bacon and avocado , at the deli . It's done in a panini press. $3.99. Yum!

The people there are very nice, the food and other products are super over priced for the quality though. I'd get double the amount of food I got there at another supermarket . I say save your money.

The River Street Whole foods is real good. Less crowded than the one in central.
