For those who've never tried good boba . This might be okay . But I regularly drink boba .. I wasn't impressed w/ the Jasmine Tea and the "Viet. Waffle " was greasy .. I don't suggest this place ..

So happy a boba place popped up! I'd avoid this place from 3-4pm though. It's packed with high schoolers at that time. Otherwise, awesome place!
