Non-intimidating, yet fun & challenging classes here. Refreshingly friendly , and lovely lap-lane-laden-chlorine-pool. Love the Yoga instructors : Lin, Carrie, Ranjana - all are merciless. Namaste.
Shelby is the best instructor at this Y hands down. I love taking body pump and her spin classes as well as her Xfit endurance class . Love all the other instructors too!!!!
Great parents night out once a month! Includes pizza , swimming , and sports activities for the older kids.
