Food here is really good. Fish skin in honey sauce (not on menu) is fragrant and crispy (different from the usual fish skin elsewhere). Claypot kurobuta pork with beancurd skin goes so well with rice .
Highly recommended for Dim Sum . Almost everything is good. Great for weekend family gathering dim sum brunches .
Char siew here is soft and tender while the roast pork is juicy with a crispy skin .
Deep fried frog leg should be eaten with the crispy ginger chips .
Roasted chicken was tender. Also had the black pepper beef with macadamia nuts
Even the kailan is tender and aromatic here.
Dim sum is extremely good!
