Great costumer service, everyone is so friendly , and they delivered my food to the table! ! ♥ and a huge salad !♥

Love the new kiosk & app, really saves time waiting during the lunch rush!

the ONLY downside was my cashier , brianna, was unfocused and cared more about who i am assuming is her boyfriend being there. she was unfocused and messed up my order. wait for the other cashier !!!!!

This is one of the worse locations I've ever been to. I really liked Panera but not after coming here. Order is rarely correct, they run out of items after you've already paid, employees have 'tudes.

Have to agree with a lot of the users, slow service, not only is my order wrong 1/2 the time but my hot food is always warn to almost cold.. Thank God for there microwave.. Not like any other Panera.

Since its still new I don't care, but when i order a sandwich , you need to ask me chips bread or apple , don't just give me chips automatically.

Smaller portions with higher prices

If you order to go, make sure everything is included in the bag

Take out order was fast, but no convenient place to wait for your order.

Weird. They did not accept the check Iin special of five off when spending fifteen???

Horribly slow service- Peter texting while he took my order- girl was eating soup and talking 2 coworkers instead of getting orders Manager was right there waited 15 mins 4 order F- get it together

Never go here if you're in hurry. They have one cashier and they are very slow. I stood there for 20 minutes and walked out.

They should rethink how line is formed

Don't waste your time. Employees are more interested in socializing than making your order.

Don't come here if you are in a hurry. 10 minutes for a drink. And it's not even busy.

Absolutely horrible. I will never come back.
