Best Western Plus Toronto Airport Hotel

The swimming pool made both my girlfriend and me break out with pimples. The in-room movies weren't hooked up. The exutive King Suite was great, I haven't hears any planes up here on the 6th floor.

Great hotel . Rooms are clean and well kept. Beds are excellent which is always a best western staple. Eating in the area is lack luster. Best to search elsewhere

Great shuttle service to the airport . Make sure they understand which terminal you want.

What are plains, how do they fly? How do you get into the 6 Flour ? I had no idea ore was so loud ! Why open the windows when the ore is so loud?Please clarify these questions Maik if you can read this.

My girlfriend forgot a necklace here and the maid staff "didn't find it". Management did not return our calls as promised and showed no sympathy regarding the loss of this personal item.

It's sounds that the plains fly direct over the hotel in the 6 Flour you can hear the engines when the plains lands ore starts. It is than loud in the room. The windows are not possible to open.

Nice breakfast and the hostess is lovely.

Forget savana 's why bother when master steaks is walking distance!

Thought this hotel was good until I tried talking to any of the staff . They do not listen to the extent of the issue and just try to push quick fixes. I wouldn't advise staying here.

Room 328 is comfy but smells of stale cigarette, where room 323 doesn't.

Don't eat at the Savana restaurant . The food and atmosphere are not very good. And for what you get it is way over priced. Will not stay here again.
