Very improved on speed during morning rush hour. 7 baristas behind the counter all moving fast. Any wait at the bar for a drink is due to the volume.

The lines always really long...but the service is very fast. I come here all the time!

One of THE friendliest Starbucks staff I have ever met. They always remember my order AND they're fast!

Slowest Starbucks in Chicago. Look at everyone standing around for 20 minutes to get COFFEE ! I'm going to Dunkin Donuts around the corner.

Massive Starbucks, at least compared to those in New York.

Table space is at a premium here. Don't expect to be able to spread out your laptop and books here during the day.

Cashier seemed annoyed because I asked to use my coupon after I had scanned. I didn't know that was the procedure. Also there was a bug flying around in th pastry window.

super slow service. took 10 minutes to make an iced chai with no line . walk a few blocks to the Starbucks on Erie and Dearborn.

Bathrooms here are disgusting. They always reek of a homeless man's crotch, and have piss everywhere

everyday this place is getting worse & worse. the more employee the more disorganize. some have quite an attitude.

Slow wifi and even slower service.

The service is so slow that it's very nearly unacceptable.

For all the money I spend here I'd expect the service to be better.

Even the iced greentea here tastes gross
