They have enough comfy chairs , a big table for a group and enough chairs and tables to sit outside when the weather is nice

Lots of new staff recently. It took 20 mins and us watching them get 5 orders incorrect before someone figured out they were backed up 7 deep on fraps . My drink sat done and hidden for five mins!

Appearent there is about 2 peeps that can get my Vente White Chocolate Mocha Frap w Rasp., 7 Raw Sug., Non-Fat, 1 Expresso , Whip, & Diz Rght

Watch out! The arm rests on the comfy chairs stick out further than you expect & will hit your elbow, spilling your drink all over your hand & left knee. Your new green cargo pants will be stained.

Tip to the barristas don't argue with your customers. When making a shaken iced tea actually shake it. Swirling the cup or pouring the drink between two glasses does not constitute shaking .

Good service here, they're very friendly and their drinks taste good.

All the workers are great and very friendly . Drive thru is busy in the morning but does go fast sometimes. The guy with the red hair is very nice.

Try a Vanilla Bean Frappuccino affogato (espresso poured over top) you will not regret it!!

Nice crew! Though always busy in the drive thru , the line moves quickly.

The salted caramel mocha is delicious! Also the music is random so enjoy the variety!

May 4th, 2012 between 3pm & 5pm starts the 1/2 off Frappes ! Whoot! Can't wait! I think it last until the 14th. ;-)

Usually I have a good experience, but today, the wait was horrible 20 min. The coffee was good...but it was not what I ordered. There is no way I'm going back and waiting another 20 minutes.
